*Boats will not be sent out if group is over capacity. If group is over capacity upon return, the over capacity fee will be charged.

Important Details
~ Children and babies are counted as passengers, regardless of age or size!
~ Fuel is an additional expense and will be charged upon return of the boat. All rentals will start with a full tank of fuel.
~ Daily interior and exterior pictures are taken before launch.
~ No refunds are given for early returns.
~ Return times will not be extended for late arrivals or from a delay to launch.
~ We do not offer rental insurance.
~ Grills and kegs are not allowed.
~ Tying up to other boats is not allowed.
~ Boats are cleaned upon return.
~ Patience is appreciated while our crew follows necessary procedures to provide you with a great and safe experience.
~ Torch River Marine is not responsible for items left on boats or at the marina.
Half Day Rentals
~ Reservations are for 8 hours or more.
~ If boats are available on the date of interest, we will rent for a half day.
~ To avoid disappointment, we recommend making a reservation.
Overnight Rentals
~ Overnight rentals require access to a hoist or mooring buoy.
~ Only docks in bayou and on rivers are approved for overnight storage.
~ If proper storage is unavailable, the rental boat will need to be returned nightly, before the close of business.
Cancellation Fees
~ Up to 4 days prior notice: $25
~ 3 days prior notice: $50
~ 2 days prior notice: $75
~ 1 day prior notice: $100
~ No Show: Forfeit rental deposit
Weather Cancellations
~ Management will not determine or accept bad weather cancellations until the day of reservation, based on the current conditions and radar.
~ We recommend bringing additional clothes, towels, and blankets.
Options for bad weather days:
~ Prorate to a half day (based on radar)
~ Reschedule (if available)
~ Cancel for a full refund.
Boatable Conditions:
~ Cold, overcast, or scattered rain.
Not Boatable Conditions:
~ Pouring rain, lightning, or high winds.
